Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
1. Copies of all High Volume Team (HVT) Lists, including drafts, compiled by the Bureau's Record Management Division (RMD) from October 1, 2014 to present
2. Documents regarding the criteria, thresholds, guidelines, acceptable/applicable usage, etc relating to the High Volume Team (HVT) Lists
3. All memos, bulletins, announcements, etc regarding the High Volume Team (HVT) lists, Vexsome/Serial Filers List/Nuisance Filers List, or any compilation of FOIA requestor names relating to their conduct, usage, volume/quantity of requests, etc disseminated to the Bureau's Records/Information Dissemination Section (RIDS) or Record Management Division (RMD) from October 1, 2014 to present
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
