You had previously indicated that it would be completed on July 19, 2021. I wanted to check on the status of my request, and to see if there was a new estimated completion date. You had assigned it reference number #F-2017-17976.

This request remains in process and still has a June 28, 2024, estimated date of completion (EDC). EDCs are estimates and subject to change. If this request can be completed before the EDC, a response will be sent sooner.
As you were previously advised, the Department currently has a backlog of FOIA requests. Therefore, there will be a delay in processing requests. As the Department continues to work through its backlog of FOIA requests, it is mindful of its accountability to the public.
