Previously unrecords relating to or mentioning Richard Charles Albert Holbrooke (April 24, 1941 – December 13, 2010), who was an American diplomat, magazine editor, author, professor, Peace Corps official, and investment banker.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
