Subject: Freedom of Information Act Request: HIDTA Initiative Details and Budget per County
To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

For each High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area program county (for both current and former counties), since the program's inception, please provide:

1) The number of HIDTA initiatives in the county, by type of initiative (Enforcement, Management, Intelligence, Support), by year
2) The total expenditure on HIDTA initiatives in the county, by year and type of initiative (Enforcement, Management, Intelligence, Support)
3) The total number of task force members belonging to task forces operating in the county, by year
4) The total number of roster members on HIDTA initiatives by county, year, and type of initiative (Enforcement, Management, Intelligence, Support)

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
