The Final Technical Report issued as part of/following the completion of the HIBEX experimental rocket/missile program, likely in or around 1966. Report may have been issued to ARPA by ARPA's contractor Boeing, possibly dated March 5th, 1966.
If it is of assistance in locating the requested record, it is cited in a footnote on page 3-8 of this document: https://apps.dtic.mil/dtic/tr/fulltext/u2/a241725.pdf
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
