To Whom It May Concern:

This is an appeal of the final determination provided by the Federal Bureau of Investigation for FOIA request 1396231-000. My initial letter requested that the search for responsive records extend beyond the Central Records System. However, according to the summation of efforts provided in the agency's closing response to my request, no materials outside of the CRM were reviewed. With all due respect for the necessary energy needed to complete the request as described, I ask that processing of this request continue until appropriately satisfied.

Thank you very much for your time and help.

Sincerely,
Beryl C.D. Lipton
