FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT APPEAL

This is an appeal of the constructive denial of my Freedom of Information Act Request submitted on June 10, 2015. As of today, July 17, 2015, the request has not been acknowledged. Further, my request on July 10, 2015 asking for an estimated date of completion was not responded to either. Therefore, I also appeal the failure to provide an estimated date of completion or tracking number as required by law.

Thank you. I consider request FWS-2015-01201 complete. To avoid the need to appeal in the future, I would appreciate an acknowledgement of new FOIA requests with an estimated date of completion and tracking number. Thank you very much for the assistance.
