-Any and all inspection reports regarding the Hanford Nuclear Reservation produced between 1990 and 2017.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I am contacting you in regards to your recent Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request you submitted to the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Headquarters FOIA Office. In this request you asked for "any and all inspection reports regarding the Hanford Nuclear Reservation produced between 1990 and 2017." You continued by stating "the legal order sent from Washington State to the Department of Energy, which was reported by the Tri-City Herald on May 10, 2017..."
I am contacting you to receive further clarification on this request. I am uncertain if you are requesting a copy of the "legal order," all inspection reports for all projects at the Hanford Site or inspection reports regarding Purex. I provided you with the links to the Purex-related documents because the Internet link you provided in your request pertained to that issue and your request did not identify what inspection reports you were specifically seeking.
The legal order is publicly available on Ecology's website:

Regarding the portion of your request for "any and all inspection reports regarding the Hanford Nuclear Reservation produced between 1990 and 2017" there could be hundreds and perhaps even thousands of inspection reports conducted at the Hanford Site for the many projects/facilities, etc., and this portion of your request is unclear and we need further clarification from you as this portion of your request does not reasonably describe the documents you are seeking. Many Hanford-related reports are already in the public domain and you may want to review those to assist you in your search for documents (The DOE Public Reading Room: http://reading-room.labworks.org/Default.aspx, DOE's web site http://www.hanford.gov, The Administrative Record: http://pdw.hanford.gov/arpir/, https://www.osti.gov/scitech/, https://ntrl.ntis.gov/NTRL/ etc.)
