Documents referencing the October 2012 HALO Corporation Counter Terrorism Summit that took place at The Paradise Point Resort in San Diego, California (https://utmworldwide.com/the-halo-counter-terrorism-summit/). -Any planning documents and post-summit memos or reports

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Documents referencing the use of Urban Areas Security Initiative (administered by the Federal Emergency Management Agency) grant money to allow law enforcement to attend the October 29th - November 2nd, 2012 HALO Corporation Counter Terrorism Summit that took place at the Paradise Point Resort in San Diego, California.
Please provide:
-Copies of any grant applications to the Urban Areas Security Initiative by local, state, or federal law enforcement referencing the 2012 HALO Corporation Counter Terrorism Summit (described above and below)
-Records of disbursement for any Urban Areas Security Initiative funding provided to local, state, or federal level law enforcement for the purposes of attending the 2012 HALO Corporation Counter Terrorism Summit
-Any memos, reports, or communications submitted to the Federal Emergency Management Agency by local, state, or federal law enforcement referencing use of Urban Areas Security Initiative funds for the 2012 HALO Corporation Counter Terrorism Initiative
