A copy of all documents or FBI files pertaining to Hal Tulchin, an obituary of whom was published in The New York Times on September 14, 2017 under the headline "Hal Tulchin, Who Documented a ‘Black Woodstock,’ Dies at 90". Please see attached PDF copy of that obituary, which may also be found at https://www.nytimes.com/2017/09/14/arts/television/hal-tulchin-90-dies-documented-a-little-seen-black-woodstock.html.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
