This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Count of the number of Classification Guides produced by Original Classification Authorities (OCAs) on behalf of the Secretary of Energy within the Department per Executive Order 13526- Original Classification Authority. Please provide a count of classification guides in use by the Department for the years 2010 through 2015, inclusive, as available. Thank you!
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM, DVD-R, or BD-R if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Please be advised that in order for us to process your request, you need to provide us with an amount you are willing to pay in fees. As an "other" requester, you are entitled to two (2) free hours of search time, and 100 pages at no cost. Any time spent searching for responsive records over the two (2) hours, however, will require a fee agreement. Alternatively, you can limit your search time to just the two (2) free hours.
Please provide us with this information by tomorrow.
