We received your request in the U. S. General Services Administration (GSA)
Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Office and assigned control FOIA IQ
number 240907. Please refer to this number in all future correspondence
concerning this request. We have twenty workdays from today’s day in which
to respond (excluding Federal holidays). Based on this, we anticipate
response on or before May 23, 2013.

However, it may not always be possible to provide the documents within this
time period. In some cases, we may take an extension and will advise you.
Please be advised that your request may be subject to fees for search,
review and reproduction costs. Should this be the case, you will be given
an estimate of the costs. All estimates in excess of two hundred and fifty
dollars ($250) must be paid in advance of beginning the work. Estimates are

Good Afternoon:

Mr. Morisy, we responded to your original FOIA on June 14, 2013. In
reviewing your emails it appeals that you are seeking additional
information.

Please confirm, are you asking if GSA keeps a more detailed database(s) on
the vehicles listed in our spreadsheet (attached). This spreadsheet
provided you with a list of 205,442 vehicles. Your example is, instead of
just a summary of that data, you want whatever data was compiled to produce
that summary sheet, and not just the sheet itself.

If this is what you are asking, I will reach out to our Subject Matter
Expert and respond to you no later than the close of business tomorrow,
Tuesday August 20, 2013.

Would you please elaborate a little bit on exactly what information you are
looking for? It appears our initial response was too broad, and did not
satisfy your request, but we remain uncertain about what vehicle
information you would be interested in.

mileage of the vehicles in current active inventory in the GSA Fleet. That
