To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Files mentioning Goatse Security AKA GoatSec, a loose-knit, nine-person grey hat hacker group that specializes in uncovering security flaws. It is a division of the anti-blogging Internet trolling organization known as the Gay Nigger Association of America (GNAA).
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
There are eFOIA files available for you to download.
I am appealing the Bureau's failure to address my fee waiver request.
How large would the file be if we reduced the scope to exclude legal filings?

I'd like to speak with a negotiator for the purposes of reducing the scope of the request. May I have a rough breakdown of the file? Case types, sizes, offices of origin, etc.? I'm also interested in knowing how much of the file consists of news clippings.
