Any and all internal reports on the risks of geomagnetic storms to the nation.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

We would like to request clarification of one part of your request. Your request asks for “internal reports,” please clarify what this means and what kinds of documents you are requesting. For example, are you requesting final reports on this subject that have not been made publicly available?
A FOIA request can be made for any agency record that is not publicly available. If you wish to pursue your request, please describe as best as possible the records you are requesting. In your description include information such as the date and place the records were created, the file descriptions, subject matter, persons involved, and other pertinent details that will help identify the records.
