There is news recently of more and more people, U.S. diplomats, as well as U.S. citizens working overseas, being surreptitiously pulsed with High-Power Microwaves (HPM), a radio frequency Directed Energy Weapon (DEW).

But there are more than just government employees, being clandestinely assaulted with microwave energy. The pulsed microwave radiofrequency through-wall RADAR gun has been reprogrammed and co-opted and is used as an intimidation and bulling device on steroids, to modify behavior and to force compliance by terrorizing a person with pain, with the intent to incite, provoke and aggravate, and designed to humiliate and shame. It is a new method to exact revenge, to control people, to silence them. Furthermore, with hubris, the mentality seems to be, to discredit and not recognize the complaint, perpetuating the concealment of this heinous technology.

In the PETITION we are:
– asking our Senators and Congressmen to hold Joint Hearings on the use of intrusive and destructive pulsed, microwave radiofrequencies, as there are thousands and thousands of us being surreptitiously accosted. We need to shed sunshine on this heinous crime, that is being obfuscated, concealed and ignored; discrediting people who are reporting it, much like the initial reaction to the United States diplomats’ and the eight undercover CIA officers’ reports were, when stationed at their posts in Havana, Cuba.
– asking that the 50 State Attorney Generals create and establish a dedicated phone line for reporting of this crime. There are that many of us!
– asking that the 94 Federal Judicial District Prosecutors order investigations and schedule Grand Jury Hearings, to bring the criminals who are perpetrating this crime, to justice and bring relief to the normal, law abiding citizens, who have been enduring these heinous, extrajudicial, surreptitiously meeted out assaults.

In my small town of Etna Borough, bordering on the city of Pittsburgh, PA, there are two police officers who have served in the military. One served tours of duty in Afghanistan and Iraq for the U.S. Army; the other, Officer Benjamin Jason Straw, is a Marine Military Police, reservist.
– As the U.S. military is choosing to move forward, to use high-power radiowave (HPR) weapons for eavesdropping, for controlling the enemy in theater and to see behind buildings and obstacles, I would like to know what training Benjamin Jason Straw has received in the Marine Corps using these HPM devices? Please include his ethics training, if any, because anyone taught to use these weapons should have a moral compass and not use the HPM device for entertainment and sadistic glee.

On February 17, 2012, I called my local law enforcement. The police officer, the former U.S. Army soldier, recognized from the description that my assaults were caused by “high-power radio waves” and also understood that it was a heinous crime, but because I did not know who was pulsing me through my walls with radiofrequencies, they were not going to investigate. In the PETITION you will find three of my radio interviews. When my 3rd radio interview was posted on YouTube, a Marine commented, using the handle Ugh caveman, “We've used this in the Marine Corps. We can adjust the penetration distance, it exists. Three football fields or more, way more” and another one, “We use similar stuff in the Marine Corps. So that's that".

I also composed and sent the letter/article (below) to Judge Merrick Garland, while waiting and looking forward to his swearing in, after his confirmation, as our next United States Attorney General:

– Until the RF wearable weapon sensor, exposure detector is developed and manufactured, not just for military personnel but for all citizens to use, if you could please tell me
(1) how to measure this pulsed HPM directed energy and
(2) how to shield from the pulsed HPM directed energy, because we have suffered way too long and
(3) what is the anticipated date of release for the sale of the wearable RF weapons sensor, exposure detector, be available to everyday citizens for purchase?
