Mr. Lloyd,
The Aviation Data Systems Branch in Oklahoma City was forwarded your FOIA request pertaining to Gary Caradori and an accident that occurred on April 15, 1990. Unfortunately, your request does not have enough identifying information to conduct a thorough search for records. Please provide the location of the accident or the N# of the aircraft. Also, was Mr. Caradori the pilot of the aircraft? I see that you provided a link in your request, but when we try and access it the page shows as not found.
Thank you,
Heather

Hi,
Yes Mr Candori was indeed the pilot of the aircraft. The plane crashed 4 miles south of Ashton, a village in Lee County, Illinois. The serial number plane (I think) was N43515.
I hope this helps please get back to me ASAP if you need any more information.
Many thanks,
Joe
