GAO Non-compliance Letters for Church of Scientology Lobbyist (Greg Mitchell)

To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

All lobbying noncompliance letters for failure to file disclosure and political contribution reports during filing years 2003-2015 sent to Greg Mitchell, and/or any of the following corporation names for Greg Mitchell's firm, in reference to House ID Number 36807000 and Senate ID Number 91650-12:

THE MITCHELL COMPANY
THE MITCHELL FIRM, LLC
THE MITCHELL FIRM, INC.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest due to the majority of Mr. Mitchell's reported income for his lobbying being derived from a single client (Church of Scientology International) and the numerous controversies surrounding that organization's tax exempt status. Additionally, the requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
