Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Copies of G-391 "Official Detail" records in any form they are recorded, filed for the period of June 2019 to the current date. (As of request, April 2, 2020) Please provide records up to the most current date available when fulfilling this request.

Similar records have been provided for an earlier date range in a prior FOIA request, 2020-ICFO-13970.

This information is described in the "2011 Operations Manual ICE Performance-Based National Detention Standards," "Part 1 - Safety," "1.3 Transportation (By Land)," "V. Expected Practices," "G. Required Documents."

It is expected that this information is readily available, per the PBNDS 2011:

"All completed G-391 forms, or equivalents shall be filed in order by month, with the previous month’s forms readily available for review, and shall be retained for a minimum of three years."

For the purposes of this request, it is sufficient to provide any spreadsheets or exports from databases that store G-391 information submitted from ICE personnel or from transportation contractors such as Trailboss, Incorporated. This may include any records submitted to the "TMO SharePoint Site" (also known as "ICE ERO TMO") available on the "ICE intranet," as referred to in the "Contractor G-391 Upload Template" attached to the following federal solicitations:

Due to the increasing number of FOIA requests received by this office, we may encounter some delay in processing your request. Per Section 5.5(a) of the DHS FOIA regulations, 6 C.F.R.
