Mr. Szoldra - We apologize for the delay in processing this request but
unfortunately the 2018 FOIA logs are still being reviewed. If you are
interested, the FOIA logs for 2019 are now publicly available and located in
the Headquarters Marine Corps, FOIA Reading Room. We are still working on
the 2018 and 2020 logs and hope to have them completed and available by the
end of next month. We apologize for the delays in processing this request
and appreciate your patience.
Please also be aware that, whenever a FOIA requester has not received a
determination within 20 working days from the date a request is perfected,
they are entitled to challenge the delay. Appeals may be submitted by
writing to the Department of the Navy Office of the Judge Advocate General
(Code 14), 1322 Patterson Avenue SE, Suite 3000, Washington Navy Yard, DC
20374-5066.
Requesters also have the right to seek assistance and/or dispute resolution
services from the Department of the Navy FOIA Public Liaison, Mr.

Unfortunately, due to the ongoing situation with COVID-19, we are on a
