Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

A contract entered into by Customs and Border Patrol either in FY17 or FY18 "for assistance with litigation processing surrounding several high visibility events such as the Executive Orders restricting travel and proposed Border Wall construction." This contract was mentioned in an e-mail response to me by Stephanie Malin in the CBP's Office of Public Affairs, which is attached below. I am also requesting documents and communications, including emails, related to the negotiation contract.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
