Good afternoon, Mr. Klesius.

This e-mail is intended to memorialize our telephone conversation from earlier this afternoon. During that conversation, you agreed to withdraw the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) appeal you submitted to the Assistant Secretary for Administration regarding FOIA Request No. 2016-OSEC-03403-F. The appeal was received in the FOIA Service Center today, May 12, 2016.

During our conversation, you agreed to withdraw your appeal since the agency is in the process of providing you a log reflecting research misconduct investigations for Fiscal Year 2014. You expressed your agreement that there is no need to proceed with an appeal since the agency is providing the log.

Please, by reply e-mail, confirm that this accurately reflects the content of our conversation, and that you agree to withdraw your FOIA appeal .

Thanks for your assistance and your patience.
