This is a follow up to a previous request:

Hi Charis,

Apologies for the confusion. This clearly wasn't worded very well.

I'm interested in seeing if there are any records pertaining to Fugazi the
Washington,DC-based rock band, specifically relating to any concerts
performed on National Park Service property in DC between 1987 and 2001.
But I'll go ahead and narrow the request to just two years: 1991 and 1993.

As far as specific documents, I'd like to see any permits, memos or reports
prepared before or after those concerts pertaining to crowd
control/security concerns etc.

For reference, the 1991 performance I'm interested in took place Jan. 12,
1991 near the White House. Here's a Youtube clip:

I'm making a guess that the spot there is either NPS property or close
enough that NPS had either authority or concern.

The second concert took place 8/7/93 on the National Mall (Link:

interested in seeing the same types of documents for that event: anything
relating to the permitting and security concerns, whether they're actual
permits or memos/reports.
