This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

• All documents, files, and other materials related to the processing and inquiry into FTC Complaint #43604728, recorded February 21, 2013, as seen as Record #1 on this document: https://muckrock.s3.amazonaws.com/foia_files/3-8-13_mr3204_RES.pdf

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com. They will be processed by a representative of the news media/press, and they are being requested in the interest of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

I'm wondering if there were any more materials found in response to this request. I appreciate the previous letter you provided, but if any other action was taken regarding the complaint in question, I would like to have that documentation as well. For example, if this request was forwarded to another agency, I would like a copy of the accompanying communications. Similarly, if any further inquiry was made by the FTC, I would appreciate notice of that as well.
