From: Peterson, Mark D.

Dear Mr. Skelding:

This is the fourth email I have received from you concerning our response to your FOIA request 2014-00429. I have responded to every email that I have received from your organization.

As you can see for the attached closing letter (which I provided with each of my replies), we completed our search and closed your request in February, 2014. Your email (here) states that you submitted the request in October 2013. Our records show that you submitted the request in January 2014. Perhaps that discrepancy accounts for your continued emails concerning this closed request. However, if your organization has an automatic email sending system, please correct your records so that we do not keep receiving these emails from you on the 23rd day of each month.

As for the request - as we stated in our response - our search did not uncover any responsive documents.

Thank you,
Mark Peterson
