FSA Access

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

A list of all of the organizations that have access to the NSLDS as well as the number of users that each organization has registered. According to the NSDL documentation eligible users register for access to the database through The Student Aid Internet Gateway (SAIG). To register through SAIG a user must provide their organization's name. Please provide a list of these organizations.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
