Good afternoon Ms. Fowler,

I am the Government Information Specialist assigned to process your FOIA request for all email sent and received by former Attorney General Eric Holder on May 31, 2014. A search has been conducted and based on this search, I assume you are interested in emails pertaining to Bowe Bergdahl's release by the Taliban in exchange for the release of five Guantanamo Bay detainees. If this is the case, would you please respond to confirm that you aren't interested in this Office processing anything that is not related to that subject? Doing so should speed our final response as we would not need to process material that is not of interest to you. I would be happy to discuss the other material located to ensure that you are not interested in it being processed, or explain our FOIA process in general. If you would like to discuss your request, please call my direct line below or respond to this email with contact information.

Thanks for your time,

Eric Hotchkiss
