To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am asking for two things: a) records revealing the total number of civil denaturalization cases filed by the DOJ in 2017 and 2018; and 2) records revealing the total number of civil denaturalization cases filed by the DOJ based on fraudulent claims, for the period 1990 to 2018

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

From: Jonathon W. Moses

Dear Travis,

Thank you for your help. I received your response back in August, and thought that I had confirmed its receipt at that time. My apologies if this didn't occur. I was surprised to see the numbers from your report varied slightly with a similar report you made to a colleague (previously). But I didn't know if it was appropriate to burden your office with a follow up note.

Sincerely,
Jonathon Moses
