Freedom of Information Request/Privacy Act Request

To: Department of Defense /Aerospace Defense Space Command Public Liaison Officer:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records: This is a request for records under the provisions of the Freedom Of Information Act and Privacy Act.

Please process this request under both statutes to release the maximum number of records. I request copies of all electronic videos and documents, files, correspondence, or other records pertaining to the, Air Force Space Command, U. S. Air Force, Scott’s Air Force Base Illinois, Department Of Defense, DARPA, DARPA Office of Science and any Department of Defense/DARPA Funded academia universities conducting research on behalf of U. S. Air Force, Department Of Defense, , DARPA Office of Science. Also I am requesting records of inquiry on Air Force Space Command, U. S Air Force, Scott’s Air Force Base, DARPA,, Academic Universities and Technology Institutions on behalf of the a U. S. Air Force, Scott’s Air Force Base, Department Of Defense, drones, satellites, RFID chips and Nanotechnology implantation DARPA as a result of the State of Illinois partnership with the Department of Defense for the Illinois SmartState Blockchain Initiative which began FY 2016 and includes the defense military, aerospace, nuclear military and agencies; defense contractors; Department of Defense and Department of Energy funded research labs and universities; ; the usage of drones, satellites, EMF RF Microwave Scalar-Directed Energy Weapons Used and violated on me, Eloise Adams, for Air Space Command, U. S. Air Force, Department Of Defense / DARPA/ DARPA Office of Science research purposes for the years 2016- November 2018 in Kankakee County; also any communications systems, integrated circuit systems, military computer software, testing and measurement equipment, sensors and components, power electronicss, or any military warfare technology, and any Intelligence technology and patents for which my name is attached to for the years 2015-2018 in the county of Kankakee, Illinois.

The requested documents will be made available to the public and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. I agree that I will boat up to $30 fees; if necessary please notify me in advance if fees are expected to exceed the amount.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
