Emails sent or received from March 3, 2017, to the date your office processes this request by Secretary Ben Carson that include the word “private activity bond” and/ or the acronym “PAB” in the subject line, body, or attachments.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. I am a reporter with ThinkProgress, an online publication covering politics and policy in Washington, DC.

Please provide expedited processing of this request which concerns a matter of urgency. As a journalist, I am primarily engaged in disseminating information.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
