Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records: This is a request for records under the provisions of the Freedom Of Information Act and Privacy Act.
Please process this request under both statutes to release the maximum number of records. I request copies of all electronic videos and documents, files, correspondence, or other records pertaining to the Department Of Homeland Security, Illinois Human Security, U. S. Air Force, Scott’s Air Force Base Illinois, Department Of Defense, DARPA, DARPA Office of Science and any Department of Defense/DARPA Funded academia universities conducting research on behalf of the Department Of Homeland Security, Illinois Homeland Security, U. S. Air Force, Department Of Defense, , DARPA Office of Science. Also I am requesting records of inquiry on U. S Air Force, Scott’s Air Force Base, DARPA,, Academic Universities and Technology Institutions on behalf of the a U. S. Air Force, Scott’s Air Force Base, Department Of Defense, RFID chips and Nanotechnology implantation DARPA as a result of the State of Illinois partnership with the Department of Defense for the Illinois SmartState Blockchain Initiative which began FY 2016; the usage of Fusion Centers, Spectrum Technology, EMF RF Microwave Scalar-Directed Energy Weapons Used and violated on me, Eloise Adams, for the Department Of Homeland Security, Illinois Department Of Homeland Security, U. S. Air Force, Department Of Defense / DARPA/ DARPA Office of Science research purposes for the years 2016- November 2018 in Kankakee County; also any communications systems, integrated circuit systems, military computer software, testing and measurement equipment, sensors and components, power electronics, spectrum technology, or any military warfare technology, and any Intelligence technology and patents for which my name is attached to for the years 2015-2018 in the county of Kankakee, Illinois.
The requested documents will be made available to the public and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. I agree that I will boat up to $30 fees; if necessary please notify me in advance if fees are expected to exceed the amount.

In 2016, the Military Industrial Complex partnered with the state of Illinois for the Illinois SmartState Blockchain Initiative. Military Industrial Complex awards were receive d by the State Of Illinois Academia Institution the University Of Illinois Champaign Urbana on behalf of the U. s. Air Force . I am requesting all electronic correspondence , written, typed, surveillance video (C4ISR OR FUSION CENTERS), audio, warrants, names of the departments, faculty, student participants within the University Of Illinois Champaign Urbana and the State of Illinois involved in the research project. My Constitutional, Human, and Civil Rights have been violated for 2 years beginning FY 2016 Summer.
The SmartState Illinois list is the Military Industrial Complex List. Found again the University Of Illinois Champaign Urbana.
