This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

-A copy of the 3d files for the "Convoy Training Simulator". These files were for use with the 3d Unreal Engine. They were produced between 2005 and 2006 in partnership with the University of Texas.

The project took place on Ft. Sam Houston.

The files will the file extension of .3ds or .max.

Also they may have been produced under AMMED (US Army Medical)

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Given that this FOIA is submitted in my capacity as a journalist, I request that I be categorized as a media requester for the purpose of fees.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

If the files can't be found we would also like permission to publicly release the 3d files we currently do possess that were produced and paid for by the army for the "Convoy Simulator".
