This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
All emails sent, received, drafted or deleted by any email accounts used by Katherine Lyon Daniel, the Associate Director for Communication at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, containing the following keywords or phrases: Atlanta, conference, Climate and Health Summit, Trump, media, transition, blackout, public, or Schuchat.
The date range for requested documents is Jan. 1, 2017, to Jan. 26, 2017.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Although I feel this request is sufficiently narrow already, I will further narrow it in the following way.
You say that at least one keyword in the request comes up in a signature block. Though you didn't say which word(s) it was -- and I really really wish you would have, as it would have helped me narrow the request, which is what you want -- that keyword likely is Atlanta. You may remove that keyword from this request.
With that clarification made, I implore you to get on with processing this request in a timely manner.
