This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Receipts for any and all expenses incurred during Secretary Ryan Zinke's travel to and from National Monuments as part of President Trump's executive order to reconsider the designations around any National Monument created since Jan. 1, 1996, that spans at least 100,000 acres. This would include all travel expenses incurred by the Department of the Interior, Office of the Secretary to and from National Monuments between April 26, 2017 and August 24, 2017. This request includes National Monument travel expenses for both Ryan Zinke and any federal staff brought with him. Travel expenses include all meals, flight, entertainment, ground transport (e.g. car, train, horse) for both the Secretary of the Interior and any accompanying staff.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
