This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
All emails sent, received, drafted or deleted by any email accounts used by Chavonda Jacobs-Young, as well as emails sent, received, drafted or deleted by the email account administrator@ars.usda.gov, that contain the following keywords or phrases: peer-review, public, public-facing, media, Congress, White House, Trump, and deputy secretary.
The date range for requested documents is Jan. 16, 2017, to Jan. 25, 2017.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Good afternoon, Mr. Collins
Per our conversation on March 15, a search of the Agricultural Research Service Administrator's email accounts was conducted and generated a large volume of emails based on the key words you provided in your request. As we discussed on March 15, you are primarily interested in emails related to the ban on public facing documents, such as press releases and social media, and are not interested in receiving emails generated via list serves or subscription email lists.
We are currently processing your request and hope to provide all responsive documents to you by May 5. We apologize for the delay in responding.
