To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

All First Amendment Special Use Permit submissions to NPS related to any events tentatively scheduled to take place at the VA Monument at Gettysburg National Military Park on July 4, 2020.

Specifically, this request is seeking any First Amendment Special Use Permit submissions which were seeking to utilize space around the VA Monument ostensibly to place signs from Confederate leaders about slavery, but please provide all First Amendment Special Use Permit submissions including the one being specifically sought for July 4, 2020 at Gettysburg National Military Park.

Please reference the attached screenshot of a portion of a document provided by the National Park Service, which describes the First Amendment Special Use Permit mentioned above.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
