As a result of the 2016, Joint Partnership between the State of Illinois and the Department Of Defense for the Illinois SmartState Blockchain Initiative 2016, which includes the Department Of Defense and all of its Agencies, Military (AIRFORCE, MARINES, NAVY, NATIONAL GUARD, ARMY), Military Contractors, Defense Funded Research Laboratories and World renown Universities, Department Of Energy National Laboratories, Defense Funded BioMedical, Technology Institutions and Agencies, Research Laboratories, Universities Research Association, and DARPA.

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

A printout or listing of all investigations and surveillance activity (active & closed) from FY 2015-2018 in the State Of Illinois, for the county of Kankakee.

-List of all Directed Energy Weapons (Lethal/non-lethal) (kinetic/non-kinetic), ELECTROMAGNETIC SPECTRUM WAVES & Technologies(Acoustic Sound waves, Microwaves,Scalar, RF Radio Frequency, Air Pressure, Light), etc.... used for the research on Eloise Adams 2015-11/2018
-All SIGINT, HUMINT, MASINT, ELEINT,and other Intelligence Technology & Software used by these agencies:
Air Force Material Command Centers, Wright Patterson Air Force Base, North American Aerospace Peterson Air Force Base, DARPA, and Air Force Research Laboratory Non-Consensual Human Research Experimentation on me, Eloise Adams, and my family effective 11-22-2018.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In 2016, the Military Industrial Complex partnered with the state of Illinois for the Illinois SmartState Blockchain Initiative. Military Industrial Complex awards were receive d by the State Of Illinois Academia Institution the University Of Illinois Champaign Urbana on behalf of the U. s. Air Force . I am requesting all electronic correspondence , written, typed, surveillance video (C4ISR OR FUSION CENTERS), audio, warrants, names of the departments, faculty, student participants within the University Of Illinois Champaign Urbana and the State of Illinois involved in the research project. My Constitutional, Human, and Civil Rights have been violated for 2 years beginning FY 2016 Summer.
The SmartState Illinois list is the Military Industrial Complex List. Found again the University Of Illinois Champaign Urbana.
