I am appealing the denial of FOIA 1378145 as it was denied pursuant to
5 U.S.C. § 552(b)(7)(E). 5 U.S.C. § 552(b)(7)(E). The original request was for processing notes, i.e., the materials created in the processing of the previous request and not for the materials responsive to the previous request. There should not be a law enforcement concern and specifically I would like the segregable portions that aren’t specifically exempt from disclosure and, therefore, disclosable.
I have attached the denial for your reference.
