The Official Military Personnel File (OMPF) for MICHAEL BOYNTON (born 8 Dec 1941) including all Fitness Report and Counseling forms NAVPERS Form 1610/2, Enlisted performance evaluation reports NAVPERS Form 1616-1, the Background Summary (NAVPERS Form 1640/32), Most recent Cumulative Record of Training (NAVPERS Form 5300/16), history of assignments form NAVPERS 601-5 and/or NAVPERS Form 1070/605, all military awards and full citations, military education/training courses and Form DD-214.
Also request Silver Star Medal, Bronze Star Medal and Navy Commendation medal full Citations.
Mr Boynton was a highly decorated United States Navy veteran of the Vietnam War. If necessary please redact any sensitive information protected in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
