Any FOIA offices within the Air Force, including the initial office that handles receiving and tasking FOIA requests and any division or regional offices.
b. What does "this bureau and its offices" refer to?
This refers to the Air Force and its component offices.
c. What are "staffing reports"?
Any reports regarding the number of personnel or staff time.
d. Your requests asks for "years 2017 and 2018"- are these calendar or fiscal years?
If your office uses one or the another, I'm happy to accommodate that, since I know that the FOIA officer reports are based on the fiscal year.
e. What "budget materials or plans" are you requesting? You also asked for this material "applicable to offices responsible for processing and response to FOIA request and appeals submitted to this bureau and its offices"
I'm interested in materials that document the funding for those in the agency's various FOIA offices.
