Thank you for the response. I can see that this PDF was generated from a database of some kind. However, the PDF format of the spreadsheet leaves many cells truncated. Can you please resend the data in a spreadsheet format that is easily readable by common software. For example: .xls, .xlsx, .csv, or a tab delimited text file.
