Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
I was seeking any and all directives or guidance documents, briefs, issued to any United States Governmental agency in relation to the handling of FOIA that include 50 U.S.C. § 3024(i)(1). Please include any directives, guidance, or briefs, that do not include:50 U.S.C. § 3024(i)(1).
Timeline for search 2020-current date.
EFOIA request: Please communicate via email and produce via .pdf for productions.
VAUGH index requested for all cited exemptions.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Your request is unclear to us in that the two subjects you ask for contradict each other.
Your first statement is for items “…in relation to the handling of FOIA that include 50 U.S.C. § 3024(i)(1),” while your second is for items which do not include 50 U.S.C. § 3024(i)(1).”
Additionally, are you asking for items which reference 50 U.S.C. § 3024(i)(1)? Or is there a specific topic/subject you are interested in?
We will not open your request until we hear back from you with additional clarification on what you are asking for.

Thanks for your prompt response, and attention to detail.
As stated.
Due to the FBI sending out FOIA statements related to THE DNI jurisdiction in writing. I would like any and all copies of any FOIA guidance provided to US Governmental Agencies by your organization during the time frame specified.
Due to the opportunity to provide records on a rolling basis, I thought giving you the options to segment the datasets when searched might make the processing and release of the request simple.
