All records mentioning Frank Teruggi, Jr. (1949–1973) - an American student, journalist, and member of the Industrial Workers of the World. He was murdered by Augusto Pinochet's military in 1973 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frank_Teruggi).
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Instead, I found NARA-NGC-2020-001128 that you submitted for this file on
September 28, 2020 regarding Frank Teruggi. The attached email on
September 29, 2020 notified you that your request was exported out of

office received on September 28, 2020 and to which we initially replied on
May 14, 2021.
On May 14, 2021, you were emailed a response by Archives Specialist
Brigitte Flynn informing you that the review of FBI File 100-HQ-474363 had
been completed as it was under 10 pages. Below are the results of the
review:
*FBI File 100-HQ-474363*: 9 total pages; 6 pages released in full, and 3
pages released in redacted form.
We withheld information protected under section (b) of the FOIA (5 U.S.C.
552). The specific reasons for the denials are:
Classified national security information - FOIA exemption (b)(1)
Information exempted from disclosure by statute - The statute in support of
this (b)(3) withholding is 50 USC 3024(1), which protects sources & methods
