To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

A copy of the template used for crafting "baseball cards" of protesters arrested near federal facilities in Portland, OR (anytime from July 4th, 2020 to July 26th, 2020). Please see this now-public internal DHS email for more details: https://twitter.com/benjaminwittes/status/1287343604038598656 (archived links: https://archive.is/oa85o , https://archive.is/Ms5pH )

Please note the records being sought with my request are not the completed "baseball cards" of arrested individuals, (which I understand would include personal information exempt from disclosure) but rather the original template for these "baseball cards" with all fields/line-items empty.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

J Ader
