This is a formal appeal under the 5 USC 552 (the Freedom of Information Act). I am appealing, in full the comprehensiveness and reasonableness of the search conducted by DHS for the records originally requested. In my initial request I named a specific press release prepared and delivered by acting DHS employees.

I request your office review the matter at hand and remand it for a further search.

Thanks you for your time,
- J. Ader
