This is an appeal under the Freedom of Information Act. The Freedom of Information Act prohibits all search fees for non-commercial requesters when the agency has failed to meet a statutory time limit. The FOIA allows 20 days to process a request, and an additional 10 days in some situations. However, I made my request in June of 2014 and I did not receive a response until January of 2015. Therefore, I request the search be completed without charge.
