The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
Sincerely,
Paul Galante

To Whom It May Concern:
This is a follow-up to FOIA request F-2019-01674. I am still interested in pursuing this request, and am willing to reduce the scope of the request to only a copy of the FITE database itself, as described in my original request. Additionally, please notify me if extant copies of the database have been destroyed or transferred to the National Archives. I appreciate your anticipated cooperation in this matter.
Sincerely,
Paul Galante

This is a follow-up for FOIA request F-2019-01674. I had provided a description of record(s) requested based on the material present on CREST, narrowing the date range as best as possible. If this is insufficient for any sort of search, then please close my request.
Sincerely,
Paul Galante
