This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Materials resulting from, mentioning or describing the "FBI's Latent Fingerprint Unit will be reviewing its current practices and" and any "consideration to adopting new guidelines for all examiners receiving latent print images when the original evidence is not included." I also request any communications describing, planning, executing (whether successfully or not) or mentioning the FBI's "plans to ask an international panel of fingerprint experts to review our examination in this case" as well as any communications, reports, memos, or other documents resulting from such a panel's review.
