This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
All Financial Liability Investigation of Property Loss (FLIPL) registers from January 1, 2010 through the date this request is processed.
Given that this FOIA is submitted in my capacity as a journalist who has covered the federal government extensively, I request that I be categorized as a media requester for the purpose of fees. Here is a selection of my published articles on MuckRock:

This responds to your most recent email dated March 2, 2016.

Dear Mr. Musgrave:
This e-mail is in reference to FOIA Case Number FA-16-0042. In the attached
e-mail to you dated March 4, 2016, receipt of your FOIA request for "All
Financial Liability Investigation of Property Loss (FLIPL) registers from
January 1, 2010 through the date this request is processed" was
acknowledged. We advised that "a search will be conducted of the U.S. Army
Sustainment Command records to locate all FLIPL registers (DA Form 1659)
from January 1, 2010, to March 4, 2016."
The attached e-mail also requested confirmation by you that your request is
in fact for ASC FLIPL registers. To date, this office has not received a
confirmation from you that these are the records you are requesting.
If we do not receive confirmation from you by close of business Monday, May
16, 2016, we will administratively close the request.
