To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any files on the website onlyjailbait.com (shut down on or about 1 February, 2014) including, but not limited to:

1. Files on investigation(s) related to the site owner(s), administrator(s) or users.

2. Files on any communications between any representatives of onlyjailbait.com or their hosting provider(s) and representatives of your agency regarding the site's content or user-submitted content.

and

3. If reasonably possible, list of all CyberTipline reports, or a total number of such reports, received by your agency from National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) regarding onlyjailbait.com site's content between December 1, 2013 and January 31, 2014, and information whether or not such reports were forwarded to any local, federal or foreign law enforcement agency.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
