This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
All briefs, memos, records, directives, PowerPoint slides, guidelines, reviews, feedback, or other documents related to the FBI's Countering Violent Extremism (CVE) website.
All emails, letters, and other written communication between the Department of Education and between the Department of Education and the FBI regarding the latter's CVE website.
According to a letter dated March 10, 2016 from the Department of Justice's Office of Legislative Affairs, David Esquith, the Director of the Department of Safe and Healthy Students, and other US Department of Education staff members agreed to provide feedback on the FBI's CVE website in November 2015. The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
